APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments can be made at our front desk or by calling Mod66 Salon & Spa at 845-769-5106.

Spa services 1 hour or longer, group appointments will require a credit card to make your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the full service fee.

If you can’t make your appointment you can always call or text us at (845)769-5106. This gives other people a chance to book in your slot.          

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled spa services.

SPA ETIQUETTE

As a courtesy to other guests scheduled, late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time.

We will do our very best to accommodate your entire service, however you will be charged in full for your service.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services.  If you are not 100% satisfied, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge.  Any issues reported longer than 5 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo, but will be assessed on a case by case basis.
